I welcome it :) Let's chat just because Hatsutori has a "I do what I want" OP skillset, but it's pretty easy to arrange a situation where he either can't or won't fight back, or loses an encounter. I entirely welcome my characters getting smacked around. Hatsutori also possesses abnormal regeneration, so we can go as far as we want.
MENTAL INFORMATION:
Mentally unstable. Confused, muddled, and filled with religious trauma, and fear. Like a duckling, he's always looking for something or someone to latch onto. Absorbing things from the world around him to try to find direction, despite understanding very little. Note: he'll be able to tell you're poking around there (unless you don't want him to, which I'm cool with - same as above, we can chat).
PHYSICAL AFFECTION:
Go for it! He's unused to it, but he likes it and would welcome it. Smut is also fine and welcome, but he's unlikely to attach emotional weight to it unless there's been quite a bit of CR work laid prior (or an assumed relationship in a meme).
IC TRIGGERS:
At his post-game canon point (most memes), he's pretty calm. At his far earlier canon point (Synflux, some memes)... Anything that distresses and/or upsets him, when pressed, can potentially cause him to crash out (but I don't intend to surprise anyone with it - it should be pretty clear if he's en route). Feel free to press these topics regardless; I welcome it.
RELATIONSHIPS:
Hatsutori prefers men & masculine. He is canonically agender, but goes by he / him. He has physically and mentally stopped aging at 25.
Yes to shippy things and relationships on memes (assumed relationships welcome). Yes to shippy things (holding hands, kissing, dates, romantic dynamics, smut, etc., etc.) in Synflux, but no to locking into a ship unless we know each other well OOCly. Hatsutori is just unhealthy in relationships and I'd want us to know each other well enough to feel comfortable being transparent and communicative.
In a relationship, Hatsutori is full of love, but he's all flaws - so he's messy and toxic in how he goes about loving a partner, his mental health is awful, and he's not getting better. Come to him if you like dependent disasters and emotionally unstable tire fires. I'm not interested in fix-it arcs! Note: when played straight from canon, he's already in love with two people (but doesn't fully understand love to know that he is). This can be downplayed for comfort, but can only really be removed in an AU.
OTHER:
By the book Hatsutori is a pretty OP character, but as a player idrc about that. I'm happy to use his powers as plot contrivance / convenience. I enjoy my character being on the backfoot, so don't be afraid to hit me up for plots or pester Hatsutori for negative CR.
